Experimente já ficam uma verdadeira delicia
Óptimos para um belo lanche
Ingredientes
1 ovo
1/2 chávena de chá de açúcar
2 sacos de fermento biológico seco (10 g cada)
(eu utilizei fermento em pó para pão)
2 chávenas de leite morno
1 lata salsichas
1/2 chávenas de chá de óleo
1/2 kg de farinha de trigo
1 colher de chá de sal
1 gema para pincelar
Preparação
Bater no liquidificador todos os ingredientes menos a farinha de trigo
Coloque o liquido numa taça grandinha e junte a farinha de trigo aos poucos,
até se soltar das mãos
(atençao se a massa ficar muito dura não cresce)
Deixar a massa descansar por 30 minutos, depois desse tempo fazer pequenas bolas e por uma salsicha em cada uma delas colocando num tabuleiro untado com óleo .
Quando tiver terminado e so pincelar com a gema deixar descansar mais 30 minutos
Levar ao forno pré-aquecido até os pães ficarem coradinhos
