Há dias a minha filhota de 14 anos disse que gostaria de fazer uma receita de atum a Brás e hoje foi o dia de ela o fazer, ficou uma delicia ,vocês tem que experimentar :-)
Ingredientes
3 lata atum em conserva
3 dentes de alho
1 Cebola
1 emb. batata palha
6 ovos
azeite
salsa
sal e pimenta
Preparação
Num tacho coloca um fio de azeite com a cebola e o alho cortados finamente até alourar.
Junta o atum escorrido do óleo e tempera de sal, pimenta e salsa e deixa refogar um pouco não deixando pegar.
Retira do lume.
Envolve a Batata palha ( se preferir corte a batata palha e frite) no preparado anterior.
Batem-se os ovos com um garfo e junta-se ao preparado
de seguida leva -se novamente ao lume mexendo sempre.
Acompanha com salada de alface.
